This page is about the billing terms for anything you buy through Moneeva. It's got all the details you need to know when you make a purchase.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We've made it easy for you to pay, with a range of secure options to choose from, these include:

  • American Express
  • Diners Club
  • Mastercard
  • Visa

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Payment Conditions

  • When you're checking out, you need to pay the full amount right then and there. This means you can't leave any balance unpaid - the whole payment has to be made at the same time you place your order.
  • Order Approval: Orders are only finalized once payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
  • If a payment doesn't go through, the order won't be processed and will be canceled right away. This happens when a payment is declined or unsuccessful, so the order is basically put on hold and then canceled because the payment didn't work out.

3. Pricing and Charges

  • We use US dollars for all prices on our site.
  • We can change our prices whenever we want, and we don't have to tell you first.
  • When you're checking out, the final amount you see is what you'll actually pay once your payment goes through.

  • Card Information: We don't keep all of your credit card information in our system.

5. Refunds and Billing Disputes

  • Refund Policy: All refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Dispute Resolution: If you experience any billing issues, please contact us at support@moneeva.com before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to contest any disputes that we determine to be invalid.

  • Order Review: To maintain security, we may review orders and cancel those that appear suspicious or fraudulent.
  • Additional Verification: High value orders may require further verification before processing.
