Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with what you've bought, just send us an email within 30 days of getting your order and we'll take a look at your refund request.

Returns

If you're not happy with something you've bought, you can send it back to us within 30 days of getting it. To be able to return an item, it needs to be in the same condition as when you got it, with all the original packaging still attached. We'll also need your order number so we can sort everything out.

  • Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery
  • To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you got it. This means it can't have been used and must still have all its original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  1. If you need help, just email support@moneeva.com and include your order number and the reason you want to return the product.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label by email if your return is eligible.
  3. To send back your item, just follow the instructions given to return your package.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Other returns (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we get your returned item and check it, we'll give you a refund within 7 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method you used.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want something different, you'll need to send back the original item and get a refund. Then you can place a new order for what you really want.

Sale Items

If you buy something on sale or at a discounted price, you can't get a refund. Also, if you order something custom or special, you can't cancel it or get your money back once it's been sent out.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be applied to returns.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Before you finish your order, make sure to check your shipping details carefully. If the address is wrong or not complete, it can cause problems with delivery, and we can't be held responsible for that.
