Shipping policy

We're all about making sure you get your items on time at Moneeva. So, we're happy to say that we offer free shipping on every order in the US.

1. Shipping Coverage

We only ship to places in the United States, so this policy is just for those orders. Right now, we can't send things to other countries.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We do our best to get your orders ready and sent out as fast as we can. Here's when you can expect to get them:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day (Monday through Friday).
  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch (Monday through Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the purchase date.
  • Shipping Cost: Free

After we've taken care of your order, we'll pass it on to the shipping carriers we work with to get it to you.

We team up with reliable shipping carriers like USPS and UPS to make sure your package gets to you in one piece and on schedule.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Orders: Not available at this time
  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses

6. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. This lets you keep an eye on your shipment every step of the way, in real time, so you can see exactly where it is and when it's going to arrive. You can track your order through our Order Tracking Page.

7. Delays, Damage, or Lost Packages

If something's gone wrong with your order like it's taking longer than expected, has arrived damaged, or seems to have vanished. Get in touch with our support team right away. We'll look into what's happened and work with you to sort it out as quickly as we can.
